I took some portrait pictures for a charity event a few weeks ago and the view over Tavistock was really good. So, I melded a few flower shots from the studio……
These are available as large canvas prints as one of one and therefor truly unique!
Open Studios at Art at The Works starts on 29th August and finishes on Sunday 6th September – open 11 – 5 or by appointment. I am exhibiting, as last year, with Clare Law. Lots of interesting work from both of us as well as cards and unmounted work in the browser.
Bought a bunch of snowdrops, such iconic flowers!
Busy with other work! However, here are a few of the new World Within Worlds …………..
Currently photographing a Daffodil and the bottom of an Amarilys stem!
A hectic few weeks, with packing to move in just 10 days and then moving into what can only be described as a dirty tip! Lots of work cleaning, fitting hobs, ovens, shelves etc. Getting the boiler working, having a water meter installed, strimming the gardens and organising the start of a roof replacement – so not much time for work!!
Anyway I am involved the The Garden House project with Drawn to the VAlley and here are a few of my early thoughts!
A wander along the Devon side of the Tamar. Came across half a boat and great views!
Slight technical delay – more images to follow!
Todays walk was a gentle stroll around the reservoir which was fuller but not full! Saw a cormorant catch a good size fish, so doing well with the eel and dipper last week! They have done some serious logging which has brought light to the moss and the sad remains of the tree bases.
There I was, and there it was!!
